To be the center for resource management and promotion of livelihood opportunities and state of the art technology focused in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Novo Ecijano to meet the challenges of the new millenium towards socio-economic imporovement. It serves as the central data bank of relevant information of the potentials of Nueva Ecija and shall act as the principal organizer/facilitator of inbound-outbound missions relevant to the promotion of investment and other business opportunities of the province
Mission
To promote the Province of Nueva Ecija as Trade and Investment Haven, direct productive investment to areas that will lead to a balanced Agro-industrial growth, enhance the province’s competitive presence in the domestic and global market, develop plans and programs for sustainable development to ensure that the benefits of economic progress reach the countryside and become every Novo Ecijano’s gain.
