📘 GAD Evaluation Report (2022–2025)

🌱 Environmental Programs and Services

Accomplishments: Trained 500+ members, planted 1,000 trees, engaged 200 participants in clean-up drives, expanded awareness programs on climate change.

Actual Cost: ₱341,730.17

Recommendations: Expand to 750 members, plant 1,500 trees, introduce waste management initiatives, and collaborate with schools on eco-awareness.

🌾 Agricultural Support Programs

Accomplishments: Provided credit support to 154 farmers (₱247M), organized training sessions for modern farming, launched women farmers recognition program.

Actual Cost: ₱247,331,360.00

Recommendations: Increase support to 250 farmers, promote digital agriculture, establish women farmer groups, expand credit accessibility.

🏥 Health Programs

Accomplishments: Expanded newborn screening coverage, increased child vaccination rates, supported cancer prevention programs, implemented mental health initiatives.

Actual Cost: ₱20,765,361.00

Recommendations: Expand maternal/child health services, sustain training programs, enhance mental health awareness, and strengthen cancer support services.
