The PhilRice Rice Science Museum is a 320-square-meter building that is located in Science City of Munoz. It has been accredited by the Department of Tourism as a tourist facility and as a Local Government Unit-licensed tourist establishement. The purpose of the Museum is to promote the history, culture, science and technology of rice in the Philippines.

Moreover, PhilRice features the rice paddy art, created by the artistic staffs of Future Rice Farm, which started in 2015 as a novel way of merging art into agriculture as a means of encouraging the young Filipinos to venture into agriculture.
